FM23 Final Data Update Available Now

The Final Data Update for Football Manager 2023 is now available across platforms. 

Featuring more than 250,000 database changes since the Main Data Update on March 2nd, this update includes activity from transfer windows that closed during February*, including MLS, along with further gameplay fixes. 

All gameplay adjustments will take effect in current careers, although you will need to begin a new save game to take advantage of the data updates.

The changes in the 14.3 update include, but are not limited to: 

-Updated transfers
-Fixed various crashes
-Fixed issue where tapping award winners for previous periods brought user back to the Overview screen
-Fixed missing Captain and Vice Captain indicators in Social Groups
-Fixed a buyout-related issue
-Fixed game options icon cut-off issue
-Fixed UEFA qualification rules page after format change
-Added note of points deductions to bottom of league tables.
-Fixed processing bar overlapping Graphical News in new career
-Fixed issue where editor would cause spurious attribute changes
-Fixed post match news not recognising title already won
-Fixed player worrying about cup qualification way too early
-Fixed player complaint about team not getting promoted despite being in the middle of the first season
-Prevented a player from starting a new mentoring assignment instantly after finishing one
-Fixed issue with part-exchange transfer cancellation when squad size limit near
-Fixed news items regarding transfer windows appearing despite abolishing transfer windows
-Fixed incorrect aggregate score given in news item
-Fixed incorrect line breaks on challenge select screen
-Fixed issue with percentages display in some localisations
-Fixed National U21 selecting players who are too old
-Fixed issue with date strings missing a character at the end in some languages
-Fixed Game Center having a couple of incorrect special characters
-Fixed Action Zones overlapping with the progress bar
-Fixed cut-off issue with graphic element when moving player to reserves
-Fixed missing string issue on squad status pop-up
-Fixed negative comments being trimmed off in the Player Profile Personal screen on some devices
-Fixed transfer exploit related to changing type
-Fixed Scenari-Owned not unlocking after all others have been unlocked

For FM23 Mobile players on Android, the game should update automatically. You can update manually by opening the Google Play Store App and tapping the profile icon. From there, tap ‘Manage Apps and Device’. Apps with an update available are labelled 'Update available'.

*Owing to a change to the closing date of Chinese transfer window, that data is not included here. Instead, a further update addressing the relevant moves in and out of the Chinese leagues will be released in the coming weeks.
