Here's one, I have another two with fairly consistent. So if you have none it's just bad luck.

9 of the 10 regens in my starting XI have at least fairly consistent performer. The other has no positive or negative indicator, suggesting its somewhere around 10. 3 of them have consistent performer, so are better than the fairly consistent performers. It's not super common but isn't rare either.

I'm doing a youth only save so all my players are newgens, I've just checked my first team squad and we have 4 with positive consistency in their pros, 1 has nothing either way and 18 have negative consistency in the cons. There could be an issue somewhere or maybe its because I'm playing in Northern Ireland and my youth products aren't always great.
