Create-a-league Mode

On PC, we can get databases and mods but on console/mobile we cannot expand our database. For next years FM game, a ‘create a league’ game-mode would be brilliant to enable console and mobile players to switch things up and get more replay value out of the game. This gamemode would allow users to 
1. Add league(s) to the steps on the national football pyramid that were previously unplayable
2. Alter the Promotion/ relegation spaces on current leagues
3. Create a new country’s league where you insert a country name and set up the pyramid from scratch
4. Use a current, unplayable league and make it playable and all divisions above it.
5. Add players to the club, similar to the create-a-club feature.
