Young players with low concentration

Hello! I'm playing with Audax from Brazil. Started in the 3rd division of Sao Paulo state league and now I'm in the 4th season, managed to get our team in the state 1st division and Brazilian 2nd Division.

Our facilities are great and I'm always looking for young and talented players to fill our U20s. However, I use a set of attributes to see if a player will fit in my system, with some exceptions between positions. They are:

Passing, First Touch, Technique and Dribbling (technical) / Concentration, Decisions, Flair, Work Rate, Positioning/Off The Ball, Teamwork, Vision (mental) / Acceleration, Agility, Balance, Stamina and Speed (physical).

I'm being very succesful with this approach; however, I simply can't find young players with good concentration. I have done a search with all U17 players available in my save and only THREE of them have 15> in this attribute. And they all seem like future gems.

Limiting the search to players that would be willing to sign for my team, I could only find 3 players with 12> concentration (one of them seems pretty decent, to be fair). Is this supposed to be this way? Concentration will increase with time and I shouldn't be worried? Because I can find a lot of good young players, but they always have like 5, 4 or 3 in concentration. Kinda weird.

Mental attributes generally increase later in a player's career, so it makes sense that there's not many young players who excel in that attribute.

U17s are basically kids, and 13+ is a high mental attribute for a kid, especially a kid who's willing to sign for a low reputation team in the second tier in Brazil (most newgen 16 year olds won't move period, never mind to Audax)

At that level 13+ would be a very good rating for a senior squad central defender and rare in attacking players, especially the kind of flair players you're looking for

Concentration is primarily a defensive side of the game attribute. It can be useful therefore in high press systems, a benefit for pressing forwards, defensive wingers etc. However, on the whole its not going to be needed and so the more attacking minded players who have this will be rarer and more specialised as a result.

That's because they spend too much time on the cell phone... 

In Mentoring, try to group them with squad leaders that have high concentration. They may acquire some benefits.
