Orange Arrows

What causes the downwards, pointing orange arrows that appear in a players list of attributes, and how can they be reversed?

It's an indication of how your players have progressed over the last two months. Attributes aren't actually out of 20 and an orange arrow points to a small reduction in that attribute.

It's usually not something to worry about unless you are seeing these arrows over several months. In that case, it can happen for a few reasons:

- a player has gained proficiency in a new position which causes the attribute weighting to be more expensive.

- player is aging, or injured long term.

- not training or playing enough, especially if they are over 24.

Normally you would get some warning from your assistant manager on the training screen if it's a serious issue. You can also use the progress screen to see attribute change over longer periods.
