Dead angle

Why do wingers and fullbacks, almost without exception, shoot from dead angles instead of crossing in front of goal? I have shoot less often ticked off on everyone except striker and SS.

Which role and team mentality? I rarely see this at all

I use Fullbacks on attack and support, and balanced, or positive mentallity. Winger are either winger on attack, or inverted on support/attack.

You should be fine with Support duties, especially on a Balanced team mentality 

Tactical Familiarity and Team Cohesion all good?

Highlights can give a skewed perspective of what your players are doing on the pitch.
