Help! Can't get custom league to function properly.

Hi all,

 

Could someone help me fix my custom league editor file for FM21?

The basic premise is I wanted to create leagues based on larger regions with teams from that entire region. I went with 4 regions and 4 sets of leagues;

- British Isles (England, Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland and Ireland) Based in England

- European League (Central Europe so countries like France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal etc.) Based in France

- Nordic League (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Iceland) Based in Norway

- Eastern European League (Countries like Croatia, Ukraine, Czech, Hungary, Slovakia etc) Based in Czech Rep.

 

I've gotten most of the way there, the leagues all pass the rules test on the editor and all leagues work how they should do (Promotions / Relegations etc.) but for some reason, when I load it into the game, the majority of Teams are unplayable as well as a handful of the leagues. 

Could someone more experienced with this have a look for me and see where I am going wrong and why I can't play as these teams or why certain leagues are greyed out upon loading the editor file?
