[Suggestion] Configuring important messages

I would like to be able to modify which messages are must respond/important and which are not. While some messages must be locked to be important I feel like others should be toggleable (e.g. staff meetings, recruitment meetings). Similarly, I feel other messages which are normal (such as transfer requests, or player unhappiness) should be able to be set as important. For me this is mainly due to the fact that I like to play with Continue Game Timeout on and I feel that I miss too many transfer requests or a player unhappiness warnings here and there, while I never need to attend the staff/recruitment meetings
