Editing Views

So I made a suggestion in the past about being able to have different colored shortlists to be able to easily identify which shortlist or not interested list they were located in. 

But this time I'm suggesting something that maybe a whole lot simpler to implement and it would be super amazing if this could be implemented asap or if it's already implemented in the game please let me know and how I can find it.



So I'm aware that I can edit and add different columns etc for different views.  However, I'm the type of manager that does a lot of scouting and searching for diamond in the rough players myself.  So I add a lot of players to shortlists and eventually if the player isn't up to my standards I'll add him to my "Not interested list"  But there is  nothing to show that I'm not interested in them.  It would be great if there could be a column which I could add to my view that shows or informs me that the player is in my not interested list.
