This is what the Coventry squad looks like and also this is the transfer budget. It feels so good to finally come back to Europe after my journey in South America and North America. Jamaal Lascelles has joined Coventry City from Norwich for 2.7 million pounds. Conor Hazard joined from Celtic for 2.4 million pounds. Also Mustapha Bundu went to Ross County for 275k pounds, Harrison Ashby went to Hull City for 1.6 million pounds and Josh Eccles went to Motherwell for 350k pounds. Dion Charles joined from Portsmouth for 550k pounds. Also Devis Vasquez went to Leeds for 4.4 million pounds. We got knocked out by Preston in the Carabao Cup and also we had a thrilling game against Blackpool in the league that we lost. Also David Kasumu went to Barnsley for 1.3 million pounds. I got 15 points in 18 games and we were bottom of the league. To be fair, maybe I deserved more time to turn it around, but you know if they decided to sack me, they have decided to sack me. A lack of goals mean that we need something different in attack so I changed the tactic to Route One when earlier it was Wing Play. In pretty much every club I have done my best to upgrade the quality of player we are bringing in, to pick the form up. I have lasted at a club for at least six months, due to the attritional football I play which gives me a chance against any team, yes my win percentage is lower but as you can see, at Correcaminos it was working and I was there for 18 months. It is important to ship players out that are draining the wage structure and that has been a bit of a struggle at Pretoria Callies but usually it has worked. In no other club have I had this much control on transfers and whenever I have to make changes in the squad either there are some players who are just comfortable taking a higher wage or I got sacked without being given any patience, this has happened at Lille, Getafe and Coventry City. Thabang Lebese joined Pretoria Callies from Royal AM for 14k pounds. Ofentse Mngadi, Nhlanhla Mkonza and Akiel Raffie joined the club on free transfers.
