Start of a new unemployed or any save...

Every time i start up a new save whether that's a unemployed save or a chosen team to start with i always see the same managers go to the same team no matter what, Ive tested this a good number of time now and im seeing the same club appoint the same manager with every new save i start up. Is this something that's just locked into the game or is there a way i can see a different manager joining a club that's not the same manager ive seen past 10 times ive loaded up a new save cheers.

I believe every team at the start of the game ahs a kind of, shortlist, of staff/players, to target,  it's not "hard-coded" as in, player will always go to certain club,  but you will see stuff happening regularly, if you keep starting new games. which, looking at from another point of view, is not the same thing happening over n over again, it's one thing happening. It's a unique occurrence, as every "new" save is a new "save world" ....
