A11sopp
Given that the way teams play out from the back has become more and more important in recent seasons, I'd love to be able to have more control over where players stand, who takes goal kicks (some teams have centre-backs take short goal kicks to help break a press) and to have more instructions to players to guide where and how they pass, allowing you to tweak things depending on the offensive shape of the opponent and how they press. The current options are fine on a basic level but there is so much room here for customisation and this is the type of thing I think a lot of managers in real life actually spend a lot of time on. Kick-off routines would also be nice. Obviously, there's been a handful of routines irl that have been aimed at getting quick goals, but it isn't just about coming up with ways to try to get cheap goals. There are also teams that always kick off the same way irl (such as how Arsenal always pass the ball back to their goalkeeper who launches it forward) and it would be cool to be able to come up with something similar.
