From there, you will have the option as Player or Staff Member Only. This, with "if" the player is interested to become a staff member in general. Gangor Posted May 20, 2023 Share Posted May 20, 2023 Actually you can talk to older players to recommend a future staff role. There's a possibility of them saying something like "I'd like to get started right now" after which you can see their staff attributes and can offer them staff contracts.
