I spend far too long on my saves praising multiple players for their training performance each week. It's part of my playing method to incentivise good training levels and keep morale high. I think their should be an option to select multiple players in the training hub (as you can already do) and then praise all of them for their training. In real life, it's typical for managers to ask a group of players to a meeting rather than do it all one-on-one. Likewise, the same subgroup interaction could be used for criticism of training, conduct or match performance as well as other relevant interactions that are currently only available in one-to-one interaction spaces. After every training week is done, give us a training report as a list and have a the Praise/Criticize button next to their row or something.
