How do I activate and add italian serie D and the cup?

Because I've been trying for hours, and the closest I've got was make it appear on where you choose the leagues, but not on the page where you choose a club to manage.

Update: It seems the main issue is serie C has 6 relegations and 3 sub-divisions, while serie D has 9 of them, so even if Italian serie D had 1 promotion for sub-division, it still gives the "Number of teams promoted from serie D doesn't match with number of teams relegated from serie C(6)/number of teams promoted from serie D should be divisble by number of sub-competitions(9)". And the worst part is I can't even fiddle with the rules for serie C.

There is a lower league database that includes functioning Serie D (and Eccellenza if you want it) on FMScout and on Steam by a contributor called gdb96.
