Hi!

I'm reading the Vanarama National League North transfer rules right now.

It says there that, for example, for footballers without a work permit, there is a points system that uses different criteria, e.g. playing for the top national team, league appearances, etc.

Could you give more details on how it is calculated? How many points do you need to collect, for which criterion how many points are awarded, etc.?
