"Assigment completed" inbox message

I use to sent my scouts watch a lot of matches to find some good player, of course not always they find one,

Everytime they watch a match in my inbox I received the message about that was finished:

 

 

Like I said, I sent them for some matches and it implicate to received these messages a lot:

 

 

There is a way to stop to receive these message (of course another way without stoping sent them to matches) or receive just when a player is found?

I checked the Scouting menu options and all there are to sent messages to scout center but seems that scouting a specific match isn't there.
