Fa announces new transfer visa rules

Not sure if this is the right place to put it but major announcement by the FA today which is a ‘game changer’ literally… 

Got me thinking how would this work in football manager games going forward and could it even be implemented in this current one via editing.

Basically all Premier League and football league clubs will now be allowed to sign a small number of players who fail the current work permit requirements.  Presumably this bypasses those requirements and they can play anyway.
