Who are the best bargain Shadow Strikers

I have found this position, and it is hard to find a really good wonderkid who can fit the position.  I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a few wonderkids who can play it to a good standard.

Also, it can be quite fun to only sign players your scouting networks are able to find. Adds some realism to your save, and makes the wonderkids you do end up finding feel a bit more unique. Totally up to you on how you'd like to play though

At £13m release clause, Arsen Zakharyan is great but probably not considered cheap enough to be a bargain.
