Pafnus Posted June 20, 2023 Share Posted June 20, 2023 Hello. My name is Pafnus, and I have been playing Football Manager for about 23 years. In addition to the regular career mode, I absolutely love creating my own short-term leagues and tournaments using the Versus mode, playing both multiplayer with my friends and single-player with original team squads. However, there are some shortcomings that I've noticed. In the Versus mode, we should have the option to play on a neutral ground or choose between home and away matches for all types of tournaments. When we have a single-match league, it becomes problematic since there is no neutral ground option. In knockout tournaments, we should be able to customize the group stage format and the number of teams. Additionally, it would be great if we could use a seeding system to draw teams according to our preferences. This would allow us to create different and personalized cup formats. It would be fantastic to have Champions League and Europa League themes and formats added to the Versus mode. That would add a lot of excitement. Currently, I add AI managers as my own managers and leave their control to the computer. However, I should be able to include my desired team with its original manager in to my tournaments. Why shouldn't I be able to include Roma with Mourinho as the manager? All these additions would enhance the value of the Versus mode.
