Managing U21 Personnel

I had a bit of a cleanout after my first season, releasing anyone under 3 stars from my u21 team.

But then I thought I want most of the rest on loan to gain some experience.

Any that hit 21 I want to keep around to try to being into my first team during cups games

How do most people handle their u21 squads?

 

Also, what is the difference between the development list and listing for a loan?

If you yourself can't find a loan move for your player, then putting him on the development list means a member of staff will try to find a loan for your youngster. It is effective, but sometimes fruitless as stubborn players can reject the only offer received.

there have been some test, and the summary of it is basicly:

 

before 18 training is the most important

between 18-21, match experience is needed to progress

 

So yeah if you're not playing anyone regulary in that age bracket, loan them out
