Make AI Managers unsackable

Is there any way/workaround to make AI Managers be unsackable or at least stay for the first whole season?

I have tried this things:

• Increased their contract expiration to 31/12/2100
• Made the team and the manager to "love" each other
• Did responsible for "Hiring and firing first team manager" the manager of the club
• Increased "Patience" of the chairman to 20

and nothing make that possible. Is there a way?
