But I'm hesitating about his position, which one do you think it is? AML? AP or DLP in the middle? He's not very good at tackling, so I don't know if he can play in a 3-man midfield. I play a 4-3-3 formation with Bordeaux. Also, he's 18, so to develop him, should I leave him in the reserve team with the youth ? At 18+ he'll need game time in the first team, if he's not going to feature regularly for you, try and loan him out where he'll play a good level of competitive football He has great ball carrying qualities and great mental with low Tackling which rules him out at playing CM for me.
