enigmatic Posted August 11, 2023 Share Posted August 11, 2023 The logic of staff budgeting has always been a bit odd (it's also the sort of thing you get as a throwaway bonus in a player contract), but you can probably get someone with 20 for Physiotherapy for the low budget anyway... I get the same response as you from the Board when I ask them to raise wages for Physios, I can only offer them a few hundred below what they are already earning. I have to wait until they only have a month or few weeks left on their contract, then I can offer what I want. This only happens with Physios.
