AI automatic training rest settings?

Do AI managed teams also have automated rest settings (see pic to know which menu I mean)?

If yes, what might be the default AI settings? I imagine that it would be the same as the default in-game settings. Like on the pic, except for "normal" on the full green heart far right.

I ask because the default settings should perhaps be switched according to my pic, swithing the full, far right green heart to double. Little reason not to, makes the players train better, not many injuries.

 

If AI almost never train on double intensity, that might be a significant part of why AI does a bad job at developing young players. Potentially easy way for SI to improve AI, tweak these settings as mentioned.
