Permanently Changing UEFA Nation Rankings for Club Football

Can anyone please give me some advice on how to change the UEFA club rankings by getting rid of the European Golden Boy and just putting the dierent clubs ranked in order, so the same rankings stay permanent?

Easiest would be to remove the European Golden Boy award alltogether.

Easiest would be to remove the European Golden Boy award alltogether.

On European Golden Boy you can see the different ranking for nations in UEFA, so for example England might have be number 1 at 103.789, Spain at number 2 101. 372 ect. I want it to be where countries don't move up and down so for example, I could make it permant where Spain is number 1, Scotland is 2, Wales 3, England 4, Italy 5 ect so the top 4 would always get top 4 places for the UEFA Champions League, 5 and 6 top 3 and so on.

The easiest way is to have European tournaments that have been made in the editor. That breaks the dynamic coefficients. Just make sure to check with the editors if that really happens as some have managed to work out the continental cups where the dynamic coefficients stay active.
