What These Percents Mean?

Can someone tell me please what these percent numbers mean (please see attached image below)?

It's the percentage location of where attacks are being directed.

In this example, AC Milan are directing 45% of their attacks down their right hand side (the opposition team's left hand side) versus 25% through the middle and 30% on the left.

On the other hand, AC Milan are getting attacked only 14% down their left hand side (the opposition team's right hand side).

To add to what holidaysong says, that tool is useful to tweak your tactic during a game. For example, if I were Milan in that situation, I’d consider lowering the mentality of the RB to guard against the attacks down the right. Since only 14% of their attacks are down the Milan left, I’d make the LB attacking since there is less risk in being caught out and focus play down that flank for a while to try (I’d guess the opposition are currently focussing play down their left flank).
