Stadium and Training ground building

When are we going to be allowed to choose which areas of our training ground and Stadium will be develop and the design for it?

Games like Premier manager 3 and the Manager did it in the 90´s why cant we have this on football manager?

I would like to choose the design of my Stadium and which stand I would develop first, a fan zone near the stadium, of if I build a better gym or a recovery pool on my training grounds and the looks of it.

Keep waiting every year for this kind of feature but theres no way for you guys to make it available.

I do want better stadiums, facilities, and all that, but if the club does not belong to you, as ownership, than you as manager should have nothing to say about were to build it, and how to look like, and other things related to the stadium and the facilities. 

Sure, if you are 10 years old coach for same team, maybe you can have an opinion, but other than that, is not manager business how the club owner think is better for his club.

You as manager can only ask for improvement, but that is all.

Yeah, but this is a game...like managers ask for stadium improvements, buy and sell players, and negotiate contracts....or even better like there are managers nowadays......Coach is the right name...but then again this is a game.

We saw some games like fifa manager or LMA introduced such feature, on other night we must remember the game had stadium backgrounds which mean u can just change the background based in club level.
