Valid group configuration

Hi there!

I'm struggling with configuring groups in the league. I want to create a system where the league has 2 groups, and from each of them, one team advances to the next league. However, the editor doesn't seem to allow me to verify such a league. It appears that one team correctly goes to the specified league, while the other, which should go to the same one, ends up in random one from a higher level. Can someone help me with how to deal with this?

Should I create any additional hidden stages besides Stage 0 (group), or is there any other way to configure promotions for this league?

The error occurs at the Polska IV Liga but groups are configured in the Polska Klasa Okręgowa (kujawsko-pomorska).
