Bartosz Drynkowski Posted September 24, 2023 Share Posted September 24, 2023 An idea I have been thinking about recently is for FM to implement real courses for coaching badges into the game. By this I mean: Allow the Player to pay for the courses with their own money earned from contracts. Have regular "lessons" about once a week that would contribute towards learning hours, much like in real life. These lessons could essentially serve as tutorials for tactics and training schedules. Player coaching attributes would increase along with the coaching badges. The UEFA license could be extended to cover the badges (in Europe. Licenses could be geneneric depending on starting continent). Would increase the realism of the game. It may be too late to implement into FM25, so a realistic time target would be FM26.
