Do staff personalities change and does anybody like to hire young staff?

Do staff personalities change and does anybody like to hire young staff members hoping they improve? I am managing FC Nordsjælland and I like the idea to not only improve young players but also staff members for future.

Because hidden attributes and/or Determination change over the years. Same apply to you, as manager. The way you interact with players, staff, media etc change your Determination and your hidden attributes as well.

So when employing young coaches, do you recommend to employ coaches with decent attributes and Balanced mentality hoping they will change their personality to a good one or with good personalities but slightly less good attributes?

Sending your staff on coaching courses improves some of their attributes.
