Questions: Code of Ethics

Hi. A few questions on code of ethics:

1. What is the difference between Missed Training and Gone AWOL (absent without leave)? They feel like they are the same thing....

2. Any tips to setting fines for straight red and 2nd booking? 

3. Overall, do you think the fines have any noticeable impact? 

4. Below is how I typically set my code of ethics. Any suggestions?

I'm not too sure of the difference between Missed Training & Gone AWOL - perhaps Gone AWOL is the entire day where Missed Training is a single session?

I go for more graduation for the multiple sending off's.

Not too sure how much difference this makes though.  I wouldn't spend much time on it.

I always accept the default option. No one ever complains about that, whereas if I tweak it, I worry players might revolt. I always start with minimal/no badges or experience, meaning I get no respect from players at the start as it is. No point rocking the boat.

2 week fine for everything. Never have any issues.
