It's finally time! I'm surprised that you became the first SI Community user to do a J.League save, which is stupendous that you have done that so quickly even the beta just getting started! Also, I'm a fan of majority of the clubs in Tokai region including Azul Claro Numazu, who have an interesting sponsorship with Love Live! Sunshine!! last year, which I'm also a big fan of Love Live! series since 2019! The other clubs that I loved were Shimizu S-Pulse, Jubilo Iwata, Fujieda MYFC, Nagoya Grampus and Veertien Mie (JFL). The other clubs other than Tokai were Cerezo Osaka, Avispa Fukuoka, Giravanz Kitakyushu, Yokohama FC and Criacao Shinjuku (JFL). I'll expect for a bigger high hopes for you once the full experience FM24 will be out in two weeks to ensure that I'll be following your journeys for more!

Other than great, what a wonderful work that will make Azul Claro and Aqours fans proud!:):applause:

Turns out we'd've needed 82 points to finish in our regular 4th pace which is a bit out of our reach after a grueling season! We have retained the Emperor's Cup though after a big win over Sanfrecce Hiroshima which means we will still get Champions League football!

A month almost entirely of away matches as we exit the Emperor's Cup at the first hurdle which means we need to finish top 3/4 to qualify for the 2029 Champions LEague, and as we're already 11-13 points behind these sides, I don't see it happening!

A big sale as Luca goes off to Qatar.

I wonder how it works with North Korean teams in the Champions League. Do they play their home games in their country? Are there no issues when they face teams from South Korea?

Apparently not, they played their games at the home stadium, I don't recall if this was how it worked in previous FM's though.

Away loss to Chiangrai blew it for us, no continental football whatsoever next season means concentration will solely be back on the league, where we actually had a good season finishing on 67 points!

Just the one league game sees us fall to 8th with two games in hand so hopefully we can make those places back up. We did amazingly well in the Club World Cup managing to hold Lazio to a draw and getting two great wins before finally coming unstuck against Barcelona, no shame there as the only Asian team to make it out of the groups!

Just two Emperor's Cup games and no cup runs at all this season. :(

The board sold Suphanat, that's all three of our first choice strikers from the start of the season gone. We have signed three players though, the two free transfers were my signings and Zion is from the DoF.

How has your experience been playing in Japan thus far?

It's certainly much nicer managing here now than on previous FM's!

It's one of the biggest nations on the continent and there's no dominant sides with there being 4 different winners in the six years of the save which will keep things exciting longer term. I do think this will just be my BETA save though before moving onto a Youth Only challenge. I would definitely recommend Japan!

Our best finish so far! Although it helps that in the last six games we faced five of the bottom six! And with FC Tokyo defeating Gamba Osaka 4-0 in the Emperors Cup Final it also means that we'll be back in the Champions League!

We had one league win in 12 games before going away to runaway league leaders Nagoya Grampus. I was fully expecting the sack, and then we came away with a 4-1 win inflicting them just their second defeat of the season! And then we won the next two games, qualified for the Champions League group stage and then throwing away a 4 goal lead against Shohan. Are things finally looking up?
