Through to face Suwon in the 2nd Round of the Champions League! I'm glad this season is over and I don't expect the next one to be any easier.

2031 Youth Candidates

5aa5df41a5ea4d3edfc01e5a6d6948cb.png

Uh, oh. This is the first time that I have seen this one that isn't a good youth intake. Maybe, you should send them to U-18 because these guys suck, I guess.

Also, I'm surprised that Azul Claro came out to survive against any financial situation just like what happened to once dominant Kashima. I wonder who took over Kashima when they're in administration. Are they gonna face a relegation to J2 even they have been good in the past or not?

But anyway can't wait for something even better for Azul Claro to come out on top if you'll help them win its first J1 League title for sure! :brock::)

Also, what happened to my favorite teams that I followed and how good the roster they are and finances/history? Here are the teams that I have followed: Shimizu S-Pulse, Jubilo Iwata, Fujieda MYFC, Nagoya Grampus, Veertien Mie (JFL), Cerezo Osaka, Avispa Fukuoka, Giravanz Kitakyushu, Yokohama FC and Criacao Shinjuku (JFL).

Bloody hell Sherwin, 10 teams?  If you narrow it down to your absolute favourite 3 teams then I'm sure we can strike a deal!

We lose the final game of the season but for the first time we're league winners on goal difference, an amazing turnaround from last seasons 10th placed finish! Hopefully we can keep this form going next season! :D

Come to Latvia! :brock:

I actually think almost all of my plans involve managing in Asia currently! A Saudi youth only challenge when a good lower league database is out.

I think currently while we're still in beta my main options are Singapore or Hong Kong.

I would love to see Shimizu S-Pulse, Jubilo Iwata and Avispa Fukuoka because they're the most favorites so far, which I like to see their roster and history that they made in your journey. I also became applauded to see Azul Claro winning its first J1 title, which so stupendous that I would be proud of it! Poor Yokohama F. Marinos. I hope that they would be so lucky to survive after a disappointing season that they have.

Hopefully, I'll look forward into another Asian save after I have enjoyed this, which I'm thrilled that I'll keep following J.League saves for sure! Congratulations on helping Azul Claro winning its first J1 title! :):applause:

  • Makoto Nakamura changed the title to [FM24 Beta] Big in Japan [Complete] Chapter 2: Singapore

Chapter 2: From the biggest league in Asia, to the smallest (out of the box)

220px-Tpufclogo.png

undefined

Tanjong Pagar United Football Club is a professional football club based in Queenstown, Singapore. The club took part in S.League from 1996 to 2004, and from 2011 to 2014. The club withdrew from the league after the 2004 season because of financial problems, but returned in 2011, with several similar breaks meanwhile. The club has since returned from 2020 onwards.

Prior to the formation of the S.League, the team was known as Tiong Bahru Constituency Sports Club, and won Singapore's National Football League in 1983 and 1987. The club changed its name to Tiong Bahru United Football Club in 1996, and then to Tanjong Pagar United in 1998. The team's mascot is a Jaguar.

The club were formed as Tiong Bahru Constituency Sports Club in 1975 and debuted in Division III of the National Football League, from which they were promoted as champions in 1978. This was followed by a second successive promotion in 1979, bringing the Jaguars to Division I. In 1982, they won the President's Cup and the following year, they were national league champions. They represented Singapore in the 1984 ASEAN Club Games, finishing third, then captured The Double in 1987.

In 1998, the club changed it named to Tanjong Pagar United and Lim Tong Hai captained the club in its debut season to a Singapore Cup and Singapore FA Cup double.

The early 1990s saw further successes, as they were Pools Cup winners in 1991 and 1993, finished runners-up in the FAS Premier League from 1991 to 1993 and bagged the FA Cup in 1994. Their strong performances led to their selection as one of eight clubs to compete in the newly formed S.League, so in 1995, they were renamed to Tiong Bahru Football Club and obtained a permanent home at the Queenstown Stadium.

In 2017, the owners of Tanjong Pagar United stated their intent to return to Singapore Premier League for the 2019 season, and in November 2017 applied to FAS to rejoin the league. On the same month, the team also appeals to continue their jackpot operations, which is the source of club's income, after new regulations by the Ministry of Home Affairs forced the club to wind down their operations. But after their appeals were rejected by Ministry of Home Affairs and were ordered to shut down their jackpot operations in April 2018, as of September 2019, there were no further updates from the club regarding this intent.

On 16 January 2020, the Football Association of Singapore confirms Tanjong Pagar United's participation in the 2020 Singapore Premier League season.

The League:

b1b6677f1c7bcc67dea121fdf3d18144.png

9 Teams, of these 9 teams only 6 can qualify for continental competition, Albirex (S) are the Singaporean representatives of the Japanese side Albirex Niigata, DPMM are based in Brunei and Young Lions are effectively an Under 23 side (they're allowed 3 over 23's). So I've taken over the team predicted to finish lowest in the league but also capable of qualifying for the Champions League & Singapore Cup (Young Lions aren't in the Singapore Cup either.)

League Rules:

9668a70af56a4bd19001649af3e3d7ee.png

I've added the league rules due to the fact that barely anyone manages in the Singapore league due to low quality and no promotion/ relegation. Hopefully I can help change this!

Again I will have no rules with this save, I just want to get the Singaporean league rise in the rankings and take Tanjong Pagar as far as I can.

Just Singapore loaded this time round, but the rest of Asia is view-only.

Double winners in the first season with the second worst team in the league, not a bad start to life in Singapore! :D Next season will be a lot tougher as we're set to lose up to six players that featured in the first team this season.
