Inverted wing-back question [FM24]

So I am trying to create Ben White’s role for Arsenal - in that he kind of plays similar to the new inverted full-back role in real-life but does get forward and overlap with Saka on occasion.

Would the inverted wing-back on defend duty still act as a third CB in possession but still occasionally look to break forward when there is an opportunity?

Tbh i'd just say he's a FB(automatic) with a team mentality of positive, he overlaps often and from what i remember, his positioning is slightly wider and higher then Saliba and Gabriel

I'm using Andrew Robertson as an IFB and he does it sometimes - rarely, though. I'm mentioning him because he has the 'Gets forward whenever possible' trait. Maybe you could up the frequency by using overlap and PI's like cross more often and cross from the byline

If you are camping and have control of the third, the IFB will sometimes go down the flank to drop a cross
