Mossa Posted November 1, 2023 Share Posted November 1, 2023 I'm managing my beloved Walsall FC and we don't have a reserve side so it's difficult to keep backup players match fit. phnompenhandy Posted November 1, 2023 Share Posted November 1, 2023 It's up to the board, depending on finances and priorities. What can happen is the board give you the option in pre-season. Can, not will. Or they might just give you one whether you want it or not. What I do is schedule weekly friendlies - it keeps the lads match fit even if it counts for little re player development. It would be awesome to be able to create or delete a Reserve, B, C, U21 and/or U18 teams... Some of these can be pretty useless at times, specially if you are trying to save money.
