when switching tactics, players should still play the same rough positions

for example i have just switched tactics, both are solo striker formations, but now my striker is playing in midfield. it would be nice if the players kept the same 'rough' positions so the defenders werent playing up front and my midfield wasnt a mess, or if there was a way to link positions when switching formations.

I think the best way to implement this would be being able to "control" or set which positions go where when switching tactics
