I find it realistic.

IRL you cannot say exactly how much time you would need to recover from an injury. You have a time range that depends from statistics related to the specific injury and, very important, each body responds in different ways. That is reflected in FM.
In addition to this, a Physio is not the right person to evaluate an injury. The Chief Doctor is. Physios do therapies and (of course) have an extensive knowledge of the injury, but of they could evaluate it they should be called doctors.

Moreover, athletes evaluate the evolution of an injury on a day-by-day basis.

Top sports doctors and clubs with access to specialists can do better than this.

They can differentiate between a bad grade 1 tear and a light grade 1 tear.

E.g. "scan shows a grade 1 tear, on the lighter side, around 2 weeks +- a few days."

7-21 days is far too wide a range.

First of all, FM does not show the attributes of a Chief doctor.

Then, as an example, during the last season in Serie A we had several cases of injuries that required more/less recovery period than expected.

Moreover, we got used to the idea that a player is not available for a certain match, but we don't know exactly how close is he to starting to train with the rest of the team again (unless we follow training on a daily basis).

I don't find this time range shocking, also because most of the time players are fine at the very beginning of the time period the doctor suggests in the initial evaluation.

Yet another example of poor player interaction - i agreed to loan a player to Seville, they then cancelled the loan as they couldn't loan any more players, my player now blames me for cancelling the loan and not one option lets me point out I didn't cancel the other club did.  I really hope things like this are sorted in FM25 (although i won't hold my breath as they haven't been before) as it really spoils the game and makes me feel like just packing it in.

This is happening to me too much and it's ridiculous.

Unbelievable we got through the full cycle of this version with top players in their prime, who favour their current club still apoplectic with rage at you not accepting 1/3 of their value from a smaller club. Then said club offering that same amount over and over every few days for entire windows. Utterly broken.

Perfect morale, making boatloads of cash, winning trophies all the time, highest opinion of you as a manager, loves the club, but the game will arbitrarily they want to join a “bigger club” for less money, and will absolutely refuse to negotiate with you despite being 1000% ecstatic with life until the second a poorer team made bad offer

how does the player even know? Transfer bid comes into inbox, you say sod off, player is telepathically advised you refused a bid for them?

I assume the team tells the agent. The team wouldn't make an offer unless they thought the player would be interested. Just like how you can ask an agent about a player.
