How to add a inactive team/league with the in-game editor?

Hi all, just purchased the in game editor, and was hoping to be able to start a save using an inactive team in one of the lower leagues in England however i cannot figure out how to add the inactive team using the editor. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

If the league is not in the game then you can't use any team from that league.  You will have to wait for custom databases from the community.
