B Team Promotion

Hi all.

I'm trying to use the editor to prevent B teams gaining promotion to the Segunda Division in Spain, and 2 teams gaining promotion to the 3.Liga in Germany.

Does anyone know how to do this without creating the league rules from scratch?

I though I could do it by using advanced rules on existing nation but it doesn't seem to be working.

I think you would have to create another division put them all in and have no promotions from that and the bottom division. 

Can't think of another way of doing it unless you go through every one and delete it but that would create more work
