The only problem that will arise is the game could get slower as you get further into the game/save file is larger. But the definition of slow is relative to whatever you think that is. I play with about 135000 on a dell XPS and it's okay. It's also dependent on leagues loaded and match detail settings. Check the benchmark threads and see what compares.
