Markm200481 Posted November 8, 2023 Share Posted November 8, 2023 I firmly believe that sports interactive should reconsider how a contract works for managers. i believe that revamping how they work would be beneficial and add more realism to the game. my suggestion is that when the managers contract expires it should not be continued like it a rolling month to month contract. once it expires and a new offer has been turned down us players should then be made unemployed instead of remaining at the club on a rolling contract. i firmly believe that this addition would benefit the game in so many ways and add to the realism of football manager. really hope you consider this and implement it into the game via a patch. as we all know when a contract of a player is up they leave the club and im of the belief that this is how it should be in game for us the players. when an ai manager contract is up that manager leaves the club when his contract is up and has not renewed it. certainly should be the same for us as players.. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
