Editor - Colombian and Argentinian league format

Hi guys,

 

Would you know how to modify Colombian and Argentinian league to make them more "traditional"; following Brazilian, Spanish, English, French, etc. leagues? So basically having only one championship with home and away games per season, nothing else + at the end of the season the two worst clubs goes down and second ligue (two best second ligue teams going up)?

For Argentina specifically, I am wondering if we could decrease the amount of club form the first league?
