How do you organise your shortlists?

Just looking for inspiration and intrigued how people manage their shortlists?

Admittedly, since FMT on iPad, I’ve not really managed my shortlists well. Sometimes I import a Wonderkids shortlist and then just have one massive shortlist for everyone else.

I want to do things differently this time round though and actually use shortlists properly,

Do you have separate shortlists by position or price? Or just use the filters in one shortlist? 

I know already I’m going to have a shortlist for Youth Intake but looking for tips on how you manage this and any other shortlists, and benefits in doing so.

Finally, I WISH there was a way to select all or drag and hold to highlight loads of players at once, rather than click on each one, as it would make life a lot easier!
