Scouting Team Recommendation

The "Scouting Team Recommendation" is a column that you can find areas like recruitment focus and is the column in the View where it gives an ABCDor E to rank the player. However I am trying to build a Player Search view but you cannot seem to add this column to any view? Anyone else had this issue and or done a View that has it in? Thanks - I have been searching Workshop as well but nothing so far.
