League setup

Looking for a good setup for like jounreyman maybe 30 odd leagues.

Totally depends on your preference mate. In Europe Scandanavia is always fun as is Croatia and Hungary IMO. If you are looking at loading up over 30 leagues you have a lot of scope.

I always start with top tier players and national players on every continent. That gives you about 100k players. 

No badges and Sunday usually can find a job in lower asuaneagues, south Africa, Scandinavian countries and an outside chance with some eastern European leagues. 

30 leagues is a lot. Your game is going to crawl. I would constantly add and remove depending on success and badges earned.

good thinking. id like to start in south america so maybe i just load those to start with?

Yeah, you could do and maybe Mexico, a couple of major European leagues and also Japan as they tend to have a few south American exports. You could always add a few extra leagues as view only as well and then change them to playable if you feel like managing there later on in the save.
