We finally have our first win ! and then the second one straight after. Weired month this is. We conceded a lot, but also scored a lot. This is crazy, we are best as scoring and worst at conceding haha. I wonder which way it will end up. 

We bounced off the bottom and are in the fight to get out of relegation zone. 

 

Finances

Finances are still positive which is good and debts are going down slowly. We are still on the negative month in and month out I think, but at the end of the season we are moving to the new stadium so hopefully we are going to get a bit more cash from matchdays.

We carried on our from from last month and beat Cracovia and LKS Lodz, however the LKS one we probably shouldn't win. A loss against last placed Arka finishes our unbeaten run. We are 3 points above relegation places.

Narrow win against Radomiak (Who are really good this season) gets us into the next round, where we will face Legia II

Very good month I would say, a draw against Jagiellonia i very good since they are top half this season. Lechia result could have ended worse because we were really bad in this game. Lastly we managed to overturn Piast game and Nuckowski(11a)* scoring 4 goals this game. He is a replacement for Szczepankiewicz(09c) and already has 9 goals in 11 starts. 

 

Polish FA Cup 

We absolutely dominated Legia II. We played our first team as it was part of team rotations. In the next round we face Arka, With who we have some unfinished business as they beat us 3:1 last time we played 

 

New Contract 

We signed 3 year contract. What is a change as we were only getting 2 years until now.

Last month before the break, and we won 1 out of 3.  However both lost games were quite close. We scored 7 goals and conceded 8 in these 3 games which is lots. We are still a team that scored the most and concedes the most lol. 

At about half way point we are safely 6 points above relegation places.

Well, We played Arka and we wiped them. Really happy with this result as they are in our league. Next up is Legia, so I think our run will end here.

A decent month, A loss against Legia was expected, but wining against Pogon is amazing, Bieniek(04c) with a brace in the last 10 minutes. Then a draw against Wisla Krakow tastes much better then a loss giving that they run us off the field. 

We currently have 5 point gap above relegation places.

It was really good game against Legia, It wes 2-2 after first half and they managed to pull through but that means we are out of the cup.

 

Finances

Finances are still plumeting due Loan taken for the new stadium, which is coming at the end of this season. Also due to poor finances, we can't ask for any improvements.

By looking at CA starts it turns out to be a really decent intake. I hope that we can introduce some of them to team rotations.

Tough start to the month with 2 losses against Widzew and Lech, However we the suprisingly draw with Rakow and then win against Gornik 

With 8 games left to play we are 9 points clear of relegation places at the moment !

Almost a perfect month ! But also it was an easier run for us, without playing against big teams. I am particularly happy about Arka result where we scored 7 goals and that made us go positive in goal difference, something that never happened in top flight for us.

With 4 games left we are already save from relegation, and also with easier run of games towards the end lets see if we can try and finish in top half.

2nd in a row unbeaten month! We have a run of 10 games that we were unbeaten now, what is something that I am really happy about considering our struggles through last seasons . We also manage narrowly to finish in top half of the table !

Thanks ! we have fleshed out first team with which we can fight against teams probably up to P6, the second team now contains quite a lot of players from the very recent intake. It feels like at the moment every intake we can take a player or two straight into one of the starting teams because they are really decent in terms of CA. 
Can't wait for next season actually to see the youths progress and see how far we can get, I feel like we can do better next season

S12 - Season review

All in all great performance this season managing to finish in top half. We are 2nd in number of team goals scored, only Rakow had more, On the other hand we are 3rd in conceded number of goals. If we can improve defensively next season it will do us wonders. 
Rakow win yet another title, Arka goes straight back down to First Division along with Gornik and Cracovia.

S13 - Season Preview

Our odds are much better then last year, We still stand out from 16th place, but progress is highly visible. 

 

Our stadium is no longer the smallest! Hopefully we can reap some rewards out of it by filling it up. 

Our reputation has improved over the last season due to decent result. We are not last in terms of Ekstraklasa teams ! 

 

 

Transfers

Whole bunch of players left us on free and we also sold Bieniek(04c) and Frackowiak(04i) for actual cash. Loans on the top of that, but they all go to teams in 4th tier. 

 

Krysztopowicz became a fringe player for us last season and didn't play a single match, however he played 259 games for us over the course of his career.

 

Brajan Burzyski became one of our leaders in First Division, and played major part in our survival in the past seasons in Ekstraklasa, He also became a bit of a fringe player last season. He played 262 league matches scoring 76 goals 

 

Bieniek(04c) was one of our first decent youth players. He played important part in our survival in past seasons however lack of development means that he reached his peak and we can invest his playing time into youth . He played 209 games for us and scored 57 

 

Frackowiak(04i) was a really good player for us. He was our main left back choice for many seasons due to lack of players in that position. He provided more than 5 assists every season in top flight. However now I would like to develop our recent gems on his position.

What a start to the league. I know that this will not last forever, but still. We smacked LKS Lodz, who have been a top half team in past few seasons, and then our second team  managed to put 3 past Jagiellonia in first offical home match on the new stadium.

After a very decent start to the season our form went down hill. A draw at hoem against Piast, where we should have won. Loss against radomiak is bareble, they where 3rd last season. and lastly loss at home to Widzew.

2 wins and 2 losses this month, I was expecting a loss against Pogon, but was thinking that we can pull out better result against Gornik Leczna. 

 

Finances
Finances are slowly deteriorating. We still have 7.25M Debt, which we will be paying off for the next 7 years. No point asking for any upgrades at the moment, we need to build up a bit more cushion.

A draw and 2 losses this month. What is more worrying is that we haven't score a single goal in these 3 games. We are now 5 games without a win.

We managed to pull through both rounds. Resovia a 4th tier team did put up a fight but we managed to narrowly beat them. A game against Pogon (3rd Tier) was a bit more crazy, we were 4-1 up at 90 min, and they managed to score 2 goals in extra time almost taking it to extra time.

Perfect month. Where I was expecting to win against Ruch. Against Legia and Lechia we played defensively what really paid off with 2 shock results.

At about half way stage we are shockingly on 5th place I don't think it will last long however I think we need about 10 more points to be safe from relegation. 

Rakow up next, who are not so dominant as they were last season.

We managed not to lose against Rakow. The 2nd team have been pretty bad against Jagiellonia, but depspite that we finish on a high with a win at home against LKS Lodz. 
At halfway point of the season we find ourselves on shocking 6th place ! I think we need about 5-6 points not to have to think about survival.

The reason for change is quite simple, I think that Formations are better suited to 4-2-3-1 that we are playing. Old HOYD had 4-3-3. With personality I hope that Farily Pro will still provide us some decent youth players.

Despite losing our best player, we managed to win 3 mages in a row. Wisla and Piast are teams from lower half, but I am especially happy with win against Radomiak. They were a really good team for past few seasons. 

With 39 points currently I think we are already safe from relegation. We are only sitting one point behind European qualification places. I still don't think this is doable. we will be playing against all big teams again, if we can pull some results from these games then maybe..

4 points from this month is great as we played 2 teams from top 5. 4 games left and we find ourselves on shocking 6th place. with 4 games left we have 8 point gap towards Slask, and giving that we play Rakow Legia and Lechia in the last 4 games I think I will be happy with 6th.

We finish shockingly in 6th place. Still a gap to 5th is quite big but all in all a very good season on our part. 
Elsewhere, Rakow's dominance has ended after 7 titles in a row Pogon narrowly wins the league. 

Ruch and Warta Poznan go straight back down to First Division along with Wisla Krakow, who played in Europe this season.

We are still last in terms of odds, however we are closer to teams above us. We are joined by Gornik Zabrze, Motor Lublin and Stal Mielec that got promoted from leagues below.

My expecations are to be in top half.

What a start to the campaign! We won 5 out of opening 7 games. Really happy with this, however I suspect that our form is going to drop when we meet better teams.

A winless month, but a draw agains Rakow was a highlight of the month. I still remember the times when they were destroying us 9-1. Goals galore against Gornik, but we managed to draw in the last minute.

Losses to Slask  and Pogon were somwhat expected, as they have much better teams than us. We also do our bit by beating Motor.
We are currently 8th however within 1 point of European spots. But in other hand what is going on in the league ? Widzew Lodz leading, LKS Lodz right behind. Rakow is in 10th with 15 points only, that's crazy

Two confident wins in the cup against lower league teams. I recall not long ago was a time where we weren't favourites for these games. 

 

Finances 

Finances are pretty decent at this stage. 

 

Contracts. 
I have a slight contract situation, where most of players that are going to re-sign the contract are wanting a release clause. I am trying to give them contracts and then try and re-sign new contract after 6 months. I wonder if this will work. 
Other option I have is to do not renew contract and sell them when they have 1 year left.

Great month in the league! Apart from beating Stal and Jagiellonia, we managed to sneak a win against Lechia with good piece of defensive play. We tried to play  more defensively against Lech, but that didn't work out. 

At half way point we currently sit surprisingly 4th !!! And Widzew is still going strong in the lead but LKS has dropped a bit.

4 points out of 6 in the last 2 games. Really happy to end the year on a high. We go into the winter break in a shocking 3rd place. Upper half of the league is really tight though, 10th is only 6 points behind us. But I think I can say is that we are save from relegation now

U19 Team. 

I didn't post much about U19 team however I thought its worth to mention they are playing in U19 UEFA Youth League after winning the U19 league last season. Is this some sort of U19 Champions League? I thought that teams enter U19 CL after your First team gets promoted to group stages so UEFA Youth League must be something different. 

So initially they were playing in Regional U19 league and they lost 5 consecutive playoffs to get promoted to Central U19 League, However in season 31/32 they managed finally get promoted 

This is  the 5th season in Central U19 League and last season they managed to win it what got them promoted into UEFA Youth League

 

So yeah, I think that they are doing pretty well. For starters they beat KRC Genks U19s which is quite an achievement as apparently they have one of best academies according to the info that comes in inbox every year. It also looks like they will advance to the next round as well.
