Sorting Continental Rules for Mexico

Hi there, I’m making a Mexican first division league with 20 teams and no playoff.

Can’t seem to be able to sort the continental rules for choosing the teams to be sent to the Concacaf Champions League.

First, I’m not sure how many places Mexico has at the competition.

Second, I would like the cup winners to secure a place.

For example, if there are 6 places, then the best 5 in the league plus the cup champions, and if the cup champions are one of the first 5 places in the league, then the 6^th place could get a place at the CCL.

If you have any advice as to how to set it up, I would appreciate it. I have already looked at other nations but can’t seem to figure it out.
