themodelcitizen Posted November 17, 2023 Share Posted November 17, 2023 Just noticing the situations where you have two straight away games which are both across the country from your home city - say, on a Wednesday and Saturday (sometimes against the same opponent if one is in the cup and one is a league game). If it's over a certain distance from home, I can't help but feel the team would just extend their travel and train at a local facility instead of heading back to their training base. Might be a nice touch to get a news item (or even a choice) as to which local training ground your side are using for the day or two in between away games.
