Verified or not?

I'm not a proper editor - I just adapted an existing fan-created database. The editor tells me this:

But when I load it up, first I was told it needed to be verified. Then, when I tested it by removing all the other editor data files, it gives the green light but on the next screen I get this:

 

I've already spent two full days on this - also trying the FM23 version which no longer verifies despite being fine a month ago, and now this in FM24. I'm lost for what to try next.

Go to Test Rules, and select any one level (even though it says verified). It won't work if you try to test all. Then after testing one level only, save the file again. It should be good to go.

I did that for each individual level from 7 to 13 (didn't touch 6 and up)

Check the red triangle for the errors and fix those. It might give you cup errors when verifying though.

The most common error I get is telling me my Level 7 league has 13 teams when it needs 14. It has 14.

Okay, I got a version up and running. I had to keep rebuilding from scratch and omit all of the more creative elements, but it verifies and loads up, and looks fine on a holiday year. I swear the editor was more manageable last year.
